Zoe Bunnell is an experienced civil and criminal litigator who represents institutional and individual clients in a wide variety of high-stakes complex civil litigation, cross-border investigations, and government enforcement actions. Her practice spans complex deal litigation, shareholder disputes, securities and financial services litigation and arbitration, judgment enforcement, and government and internal investigations. She has extensive experience coordinating parallel civil and criminal proceedings across multiple jurisdictions in financial services fraud, shareholder derivative, and complex commercial disputes, including matters against the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and various other federal and state regulatory bodies.
